JAMES WATTS
James advises on issues affecting a wide range of companies, charities and unincorporated businesses. He also deals with taxation matters for both businesses and individuals and in particular deals with a portfolio of authors.
Outside the office he is an active member of Rotary and is Trustee of local charities including Slough Museum

PETER SARNEY
Peter is a Director specialising in advising individuals and smaller businesses on their taxation and financial affairs. As a qualified taxation practitioner, Peter is particularly interested in helping clients plan for their future keeping their tax bills as low as possible.
Peter enjoys flying kites (both in the office and real kites outside) and then calming down on a narrow-boat when he gets the chance

RICHARD RHODES
Richard advises a diverse client base of UK companies, Charities and individuals. He also specialises in advising UK subsidiaries of overseas companies in relation to accounting and taxation issues.
Outside the office he enjoys travelling for both business and pleasure and is a keen tennis player.

INDIRA SEEVARATNAM
Indira specialises in corporate taxation matters advising on all planning and compliance issues. Indira has considerable experience in dealing with Inland Revenue Enquiries and assisting resolution by negotiation wherever possible.

STEVEN DAWSON BRENT
Steven is a qualified accountant dealing with all aspects of small business financial and accounting affairs. In addition to looking after the Company Secretarial affairs of clients he also supervises the preparation of client payrolls and VAT Returns.
Steven enjoys a round of golf and playing the guitar badly (but thankfully has yet to bring it into the office)

WENDY BAILEY
Wendy started her career in tax by accident when she joined the Inland Revenue after leaving college. She remained for 12 years, including 5 years spent as a tutor. After qualifying as an Inspector of Taxes, she left to join the accountancy profession. Wendy now has more than 30 years experience dealing with the personal taxation of individuals.
Wendy is married and enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. Her other interests include films, music and country walks
